Looked like Chinese lanterns to me….. sorry.
probably Chinese lanterns. We released a dozen a couple months ago, and they looked exactly like those on the video. After about 5 minutes, the fuel cell is used up, and they wink out. Probably a lot more of these types of sighting in the future and the lanterns become increasingly popular.

Yep the old chinese lanterns
I dont think chinese lanterns would emit enough light to be so clear on a camera, and the light appears to change color a few times, I'm not saying its little green men either…
OK,it is a light in the sky. other than that, is just a guess!
