If I'd seen that I wouldn't even equate it with a UFO! it's too much like a balloon!!
Balloon, thats right I said balloon. Not all balloons are round, this is another attempted hoax!
I don't know, but it doesn't make sense that this person should just be filming a house and sidewalk when a UFO suddenly appears in the sky. Most people take videos when they first see something rather than setting it up.

I have seen this kind of object myself on two occasions. Once was in Livonia, Michigan in 2003. And a second one showed up in a photograph that I took on the Island of Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands in 2008.
