this is definately a spinning kite.theres lots of real vids of anomolous ariel objects but this isnt one of them.why it got so many likes on youtube is beyond my comprehension.
This is a rotor kite. It's obviously a windy day as you can hear the wind in the background.

it looks like a bird on a weathervane with its wings rotating. definitely fake.
First initial few seconds was very good..ie the spinning, rotating, and general shape of the craft were good details…would of love to see the "craft" execute a few aerial moves that would be consider, "out of this world"….but it didn't, maybe because it can't.
