As with past scientific achievements which have helped in the advancement of the human species, the government and military have always found ways to use them in the form of weapons. Albert Einstein, a pacifist and one of the most famous and influential physicist of the twentieth century, never intended for his discoveries and theories to be used in military applications, however, inevitably they were. Without Einstein’s theories, both the atomic and hydrogen bombs may have never been introduced, or used against humanity.

Just as Einstein’s works in physics led to the development of powerful bombs used as weapons, HAARP’s supposed harmless intent to use radio frequencies for communication purposes has also found itself in the hands of the military. The HAARP facility located thirty miles from Fairbanks, Alaska is jointly managed by the United States Air Force and the Navy. A facility managed and guarded by the military is an indicator that more than just scientific research is being conducted. Several websites have retrieved and posted the official HAARP’s Congressional Executive Summary, which provides in detail the potential of this technology.
Although HAARP as a weapon can be used to direct radio frequencies into the ionosphere and beam them back to earth, causing natural phenomena such as earthquakes and tsunamis, the question remains; what can it do in the skies? So far, heating the upper atmosphere is one of its effects, which may have been the cause of approximately five hundred dead birds falling from the sky. The highly credible Huffington Post website published an article “Dead Birds Fall From Sky AGAIN In Louisiana, 300 Miles From Arkansas Incident Days Earlier” which scientists still cannot fully explain with any degree of certainty. A weapon against birds could be considered a preposterous notion; however, whatever killed these birds in the skies is not. What else can HAARP by heating the atmosphere knock down from the skies besides birds? The act of increasing its power beyond our understanding can have the potential to knock down more than just avian beings. Aerial craft, including UFOs may one day suffer their demise from a HAARP attack.

There is a high probability that not all of the ETs mean well, and we can only gain knowledge and understand the spirituality of the ones that do mean well, but we need to do something about the ones that don't mean well. -dc
I personally dont believe for a sec,that HAARP can harm any ET crafts.They are WAAAAY beyond that level/stage.No no the REAL threat is coming from Ego people against fellowman..Ets are here ONLY to help.If ANYTHING else is said by ANYONE,they are lying.I KNOW this from experience.Dont worry Bhappy everything WILL be good.NO mistakes in the biggest plan,what so ever-ofcourse!!!!!
If this is going to be THE weapon to stop ufo's, don't you think that the first thing the ufo's are going to target from space is the HAARP. It's going to need major protection.
The idea is not to let them into our atmosphere. The next part will explain how HAARP can accomplish this. -dc

I'm glad we're making weapons against space folk. I've lost sleep wondering about the problem. So what if it's killin birds and doin whatever evil the weapon's doin. We'll all be safe from another threat real or imagined.
