More than likely is a RAF Eurofighter/Typhoon doing a high-level recce, rather than anything more fanciful. They have been based at Northolt for a while in readiness for the Olympics. Definitely not a UFO.
A military jet reflecting sunlight making it look like it's glowing. This is not even close to proving anything, I'm not convinced. I've been interested in the subject of UFO's since I was very young, I'd be the first to aknowledge an undeniable video proving what I know to be true, however this video falls way short of that.
