I've seen this same thing…but my flashing light was accompanied by a solid light sitting still nearby. I don't think they need this light for any kind of navigation or as a beacon. The interval between the blinks should mean something.They're not consistent. All the data dealing with ligit Crop Circles and UFOs should be pieced together . We must be missing some interchangeable form of communication.
