LUFOS – This video of unknown lights hovering in the sky above Los Angeles in California was recorded on Sunday, 8th July 2012 around 10:20 pm.
Witness report: Video #1: This view is from Hollywood & Highland in a penthouse. Not many people in the city have this view. Everyone else in the city either didn’t have the height for the view, didn’t have the angle or couldn’t see whatsoever. This is REAL. These were not planes. This occurrence is reminiscent of the Phoenix lights. Make sure to watch the whole thing! If you don’t want to believe in the UFO’s then you can at least appreciate the view.

I agree with the quote, "in L.A you do see some shit". This is more of it. People not clued up on life, let alone UFO's, I love the enthusiasm, not sure about the raven story though! <br />Anyone who knows anything about UFO's will hopefully agree that these were Chinese lanterns. I'm sure if it was a UFO, you wouldn't send a helicopter to chase/circle it. I am a firm
You've got it bass ackwards. Choppers would not be interested in chinese lanterns – nor could you even see them at that distance. Something attracted the interest of the choppers, and it wasn't a paper globe with a candle in it.
WOW this is epic footage – im glad these guys caught this and thawt to film it i just wish they had more footage of the ufo – im running short on time but my thawts on this is a helicopter pilot would prob be able to identify a sky lantern pretty quick – i think he seen somthing he never seen before and had to do a few runs to confirm that – it would be awsome to hear what that pilot was saying

This is IDENTICAL to what we viewed northwest of Paramount, CA on July 4th. Amber light, very bright hovering, then irradic movements, helicopters came and light disapeared. After the helicopters left area, amber light reaappeared. Went on for about 15 minutes, about 15 witnesses.
