Strange. It appears to just be stationed. Hard to tell what it is because it doesn't move and you cant see a definitive shape…
I saw the exact same thing over Lisbon last year. It moved and it was droping tiny spheres of light
I was in Barcelona and I saw it too…..it was stationary….then move a little bit to the north…then it disappeared….it looked that it left some smoke….<br />
