Not real or is a stationary platform. UFO or craft in the air have at least some wobble or oscillation to manage stationary positions and air damper, this one has NO movement anywhere. Most likely lighting equipment during fog on stand or pole holding up object and cannot be seen.

I was thinking how this looked exactly like an object filmed in England earlier this year and at the beginning of the video it says Thames estuary which is in England, not Spain. What is going on?
