One "dancing" around is the cameras laser or infrared pointer, watch as it only moves when camera moves exactly same way. Pulsing one is a helicopters marker light. Camera has such bad night vision, other stars "seem" to blink in and out in the distance because it cannot pick up light sources correctly.
