Have noticed this is either the same video taken in Moscow Russia in 2009, or the same object has returned and in a different location.
sorry not a plane, saw it too, with a friend while standing on his house balcony front bay oslo same night, not a plane, it ahs been hovering still for at least 5 minutes then moved away slowly, my friend and I jocking bout ufos..then saw the video here..funny
