Sincerely believe it's a rich mans toy! There are multiple outlets for these vehicles for those who can afford them. Since the object does absoulutely nothing out of the ordinary I'd suggest it's not out of the ordinary.
That's either their reptilian overlords (Yahweh/Jehova and company) getting ready to collect their gift (blood and soul of palestinians) OR the Galactic Federation (not "of Light) trying to send them a message to stop the genocide.
