UFOs have been fascinated by humans since the first time they were reported to the world. They are published in books, magazines, newspapers, and even in films. The film “UFOs: The True Story of Flying Saucers (1956)” is just one of the products from the fascination of these unknown flying saucers.
The movie is a drama-documentary which is based on the experiences of a reported named Al Chop who was working as press liaison for the Pentagon during the investigation of these unidentified flying objects from 1947-1950s. It has two brief clips that provide proofs of extraterrestrials’ existence and shows strong evidence coming from certain witnesses from radar operators to military personnel to airline pilots.
Director Winston Jones started the film as a pure documentary before focusing on the involvement of Chop in the UFO examination. At first, Chop did not believe in aliens but all of the sudden the reporter became a true alien believer.
The film highlights the incident that happened in 1950 when a number of UFOs were cruising above Washington for many hours. The most interesting thing about the movie is the full coordination of the American government showing how the flying saucers invaded Earth. All information contained in the film is made open to all investigators who are interested in examining UFOs.
I interviewed two Civil Air Patrol that were part of the 2/26/42 LA incident, Hynek's first listed UFO sighting and they swore they not only knew the huge craft, larger then 3 football fields, a delta craft. was from another world, stating that there were other smaller craft, ovoid shape all white that followed. Our experience states the the large Delta is an unmanned drone called the
a good movie, with good detail.
