Latest UFO sightings – Some kind of orange ring-shaped unidentified flying object was hovering above Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. This was taken on Friday, 14th December 2012.
Author of the video reports there was no clouds in the sky.

either a vortex or lenticular cloud or mother type craft or a heat haze of some kind all speculations though .
Real yes but not a UFO, how about something like HARP or some other Atmosphere Manipulation device, possibly harmonics or even somehting natural dealing with gas emitions from the earth. Who knows for now, something to investigate thats a fact… Something is on target though isn't it! Turkey…

that is a lenticular cloud. with sunset or sunrise reflecting off of it. the white orb that comes from it could be a reflection from inside the photographer's room. or not.
A plasma vortex to another dimension, opened for the craft that comes flying down to the left. There is no mountain or other structure to cause a linticular cloud, and there aren't any other clouds around. Interesting, but I'm suspect for the reason he seems to veer off the main subject.
