I believe this was the ISS. thats the International Space Station. what did it look like NOT in night vision? night vision can distort and may seem to make lights appear larger.
If this was the ISS . What was it doing flying so Low ? It would have crashed. Given the size of it . 2013/6/5
In May of 2012, I was returning on a train from DC to Chicago when we stopped around 2:00 AM at the Cleveland station. As we sat for about 1/2 hour, I noticed many small orbs circling the tower of the Key Building. It must have been a mile away, so these weren't birds or not lanterns. That is a very impressive video, Ive a night vision Bresser and not once has any aircraft helicopter or plane ever resembled this, its low at start which scrubs out ISS and other satellites, I really do link this to a glowing saucer using light to lide its identity, very good. UFODI News
the very same large orb or ufo was videoed by skywatchers scotland.com some time in april with night vision camera check out the midlothian sighting on this site engine folks almost identical .

Space station my a.s.s. I have seen this one two years ago it looked the same when It passed over toronto Canada .One crashed in Brazil in 1996, they called it. The varginha Incident.
It is the ISS, it is very out of focus and on night vision which severely distorts the size, I'm guessing this was the filmer's intention. Nice try, you did get a few bites here.

On the night of 21 April 2013 at about 8:20p.m. I was going to bed,I looked out my bedroom window which faces the south,and saw what appeared to me as a star.What grabbed my attention was the intensity of the light,which was quite bright,but the light faded to almost nil then it brightened again & repeated this brightening and fading.I started counting in my head to see if there was any set
