This is either a plane touching down or one of the numerous tourist helicopters in the Las Vegas night sky.

everyone is right!!! landing aproach 4 macaren is derectly over and 2 the right of the hard rock hotel !!! U COULD PLAINLY SEE THE BIG GUITAR !!!!! AND THE PLANE IS GETTING LOWER AND LOWER!!!! MEASURE EACH FRAME !!!!! THIS ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WEEDED OUT !!!!!
