The 2013 Mutual UFO Network annual symposium presented the 10 of the very best UFO cases in 2012 to the media as compiled by its newly-organized science review board, which is headed by their Director of Research, Robert Powell. The board includes researchers/scientists with high degree of education in the field of physics, geology, chemistry and electrical engineering. Members of the board have people formerly working with NASA as well as the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and many from big high-tech companies such as Northrop Grumman and Northrop Grumman.
One of those 10 cases is an interesting UFO sighting video that happened in Ball Ground, Georgia, an urban area around 50 miles north of Atlanta. The witness mentioned that they saw a black bird-shaped object with blinking lights that made no noise across the horizon.
The MUFON science review board confirmed that the UFO has flashing lights along its perimeter. They describe the strange object as circular in shape. They state that it has yet to be identified and is presently under study.
The witness observed the UFO for around 30 minutes and she managed to capture her sighting on videos using her cell phones.
