why would it move at the same rate as rising smoke from a volcano?

It could be a helicopter watching this volcano
couldn't that just be a jet with sun shining on it? i mean it's filmed very poorly, with pixels galore. and it seems to not be part of the film.
UFO's are always around in times of natural disasters and volcanic eruptions. You can youtube "ufo volcano" and see what you come up with.
