This footage of a bright lights was caught on tape over Statesboro, GA on 17th December 2018.
Witness report: Me and my wife were leaving Walmart and we saw strange lights above the mall across the street. The lights seemed to turn as if it were rotating. We went back the following day and there were no towers or anything with lights that it could have possibly been.
