This spinning disc-shaped UFO was filmed in the daytime sky above Phoenix in Arizona. This happened back in 2019 (22nd June) but it was just today released to MUFON.
Witness report: A black flopping tic tac or disc that just didn’t look like any bird I’ve seen. Other birds in video look totally different.
