Here’s one fresh new UFO video filmed over Ponce, Puerto Rico on 12th March 2012. It shows these strange lights “dancing” in the sky above Ponce on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, Puerto Rico.
Please note: Almost the same UFOs were filmed over Penrith, Australia the day after!!
This looks like a projection on to clouds.
