This strange UFO video was filmed back in 2017 (July 23) but it was just today submitted to MUFON’s website. FIlmed over South Bend, a city in, and the county seat of, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
Witness report: Strange shape changing object. It looked something like a flying tapeworm because it changed its shape. Spotted this in the sky after a round of golf with two of my sons. I have no idea what it was and am eager to hear what others think.

Yep, either deflated balloons or lightweight plastic sheet.
This looked to me like someone on a hang glider, not your typical hang glider , mind you but some possibly new type , hang glider design or configuration .

I saw this exact same thing last summer above Sterling, Illinois
