What were those mysterious lights seen across San Diego?

UFO Spotted in Vista CA, 9-11-2022 near Buena Creek Rd / Oak Dr area. We sitt up on a hill Across from the field… In the field, it was spotted hovering over a shed / small water tower / horse corral … It was 200 feet long, only saw the bottom half ( looked like a gigantic formed light fixture, the bottom lighted half was all we could see, which was illuminated like a gigantic LED light. It wasn’t ultra bright… More like the ” moon ” in temperature and lumens. There was a horse below, eating or drinking, not even aware what was directly above it – It didn’t make a sound, was totally dead silent and it was dead still-Motionless. How we got to view it~ I’m in our living room sitting there, look at my phone as usual, and my wife who’s near the sliding glass doors to our outside deck says ” Honey, you gotta come see this, there’s this light outside I’ve never seen before ~ I get up walk over to where she’s standing and look… It looked exactly like round dome with a LED light in in… The top half was blacked out, not seen and I noticed metal like objects on each side of the “dome” that bordered the invisible upper half and lighted bottom half…. I freaked out when I started thinking it was a UFO… Damn it, I did not take photo, or did my wife… My mind started rationalizing ” This is a gigantic lighting fixture the neighbor put in and when I wake up tomorrow morning, I’m going to see the whole thing”…. Well, when I got up the next morning and looked, there was nothing… Only the shed, water tower and horse corral, all in that same field…. No more 200 ft. long “light fixture”….I’m taking pictures next time.

just this morning 5:50am I seen a very similar brilliant object with no strobes on it low in the sky moving slowly, aera is willow grove Pennsylvania.
